Can I cancel/make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed we cannot make changes to it. Please email us at info@huskthelabel.com ASAP to see if we can cancel your order for you.

When will my order be fulfilled?

We ship all orders placed before 2pm the same day. Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekend or a bank holiday are dispatched the following working day.

Please bear in mind that this may differ during peak times such as Black Friday and Christmas. 

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide.

What carrier do you use?

We used both UK Royal Mail and DHL.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

Please get in touch with us right away at info@huskthelabel.com so we can resolve this for you.

What if I haven’t received my order?

You can track your order with the tracking number sent in the email confirmation of shipment for your order. If you still need help with the status of your order please email us at info@huskthelabel.com. Unfortunately, if the delay is due to customs in your country we have no control over this.

When will I receive a refund for a return?

We are sorry to hear that you had to return an order. Please allow up to 10 days for the funds to appear in your account.

How do I know what size is right for me? 

Please follow our size guide and choose the closest size to your measurements. If in doubt please get in touch with us info@huskthelabel.com and we’d be happy to give you a size suggestion.

How do I care for my pieces?

Swimwear – Rinse your swimwear with fresh cold water after wear. If need be we recommend adding a little fabric soap and allow to soak. Gently work the soap into the suit, rinse thoroughly and lay flat to dry. Do not wash your suit in the washing machine. It’s important to care for your suit so you can wear it for many summers to come.

Clothing – We recommend hand-washing your clothing pieces by gently soaking them in a basin with soapy water, thoroughly rinsing them and laying them flat to dry.

Are you stocked anywhere other than online?

As of right now, we are fully stocked in store at Island Stories, Barbados. (@islandstoriesbarbados)
