Shipping & Returns: 

We ship all orders from our UK warehouse. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed on the weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched the following working day.

Please allow 24 hours to process your order.

Shipping Rates & Timeframes:

 UK ORDERS:

+ UK Royal Mail Tracked 48: £4.50

+ UK Royal Mail Tracked 24: £6.00

EU ORDERS:

+ DHL Express: 2-3 working days – £20 (excludes customs charges)

+ Royal Mail International: 7-14 working days - £14.50 (excludes customs charges)

USA ORDERS:

+ DHL Express: 2-3 working days - £20 (excludes customs charges)

+ Royal Mail International: 7-21 working days - £16.50 (excludes customs charges)

*Any orders under $800 USD will not be charged any import duties

ROW ORDERS:

+ DHL Express: 2-3 working days - Depends on your location

+ Royal Mail International: 7-21 working days - £18

ORDER DETAILS:

Customers are responsible for providing the correct contact number, email address & postal address inclusive of postcode. We are not responsible if the delivery address is incorrect.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are given as an approximate guide. At busy periods, delivery may take longer.

Please note that international customers will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees or charges that are applied by customs or other authorities (including couriers) in the country of receipt. In the event that a parcel is refused and therefore returned to Husk the Label, the cost of the returned package will be deducted from the final refund issued to the customer.  

Returns:

If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days from the date you received it.

In order to be eligible for a refund, all items must be unused, unstained with all original labels and hygiene stickers intact. All returned items go through a detailed inspection. If any marks such as deodorant, fake tan, make up or bodily fluids are found, the item will be returned to the customer without a refund.

At this time, we unfortunately cannot cover the cost of your return, the customer is responsible for this expense. When returning an item, we recommend using a tracked service which offers compensation and retaining proof of postage.

Please allow up to 10 working days for funds to appear in your account once the return has been processed.

Please follow the instructions for an exchange on the form included in your parcel.  All exchanges are subject to availability. We can only process an exchange for the same item in a different size as long as they are the same cost value. If the exchanged style is more in value than your original item, we will process a refund and the item you want will need to be ordered again through our website.

Items marked as final sale can only be returned for a store credit. Items that are on sale and not marked ‘final sale’ can be exchanged or refunded.
